DMCA Policy for Osprey Poco Ag Plus Child Carrier Review

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners and their agents to notify us of alleged copyright infringement, and for users whose material has been removed to submit a counter-notification.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content, which was removed or disabled, is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (specific URL(s)) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and an email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Osprey Poco Ag Plus Child Carrier Review" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the initial DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed content in 10 to 14 business days unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system.
